I've done several sets. I use 1000, then 1500, 2000, and finally Flitz polish and wax.

Just keep wax on them and they will stay nice. I have done the wetsanding method on other cars of mine in the past. Your not removing any protection. Your just going down a little further in the plastic, removing the oxidized area. They look great.

Its amazing the difference it does to the overall look of the car after you restore some headlights.

Looks great! Nothing makes a car look tired like dingy headlights.
