This is kind of weird, but I'm looking to meet someone experienced with working on cars that wouldn't mind passing on their knowledge from time to time.

I never really had a father-figure around that could teach me, and I've always wanted to. There are a lot of bolt-on mods that I would like to get, but my Pony is my daily driver and I don't want a mistake to cost me a couple days on the job trying to learn on my own.

I own a 2005 Mustang GT. I don't feel right owning a car that I can't take absolute care of, but I never had a chance to learn how. I live at 8 and Grand River, but wouldn't mind driving around.
