98 mustang v6 to 351w
I wanna swap my 3.8 to a 5.8 351w.
I plan on carbing it and i was told any 305 tranny will bolt up and 8.8 rearend.
I was hoping to get a list of things i will need to complete the swap it would be much appreciated

Your tranny may bolt up, but can it handle the additional hp/torque? If I were you, I'd plan on replacing the entire drive train in the interest of safety.
You didn't mention whether or not this is going to be a straight junkyard motor swap or if you're going to build a stroker. You also didn't mention your budget.
FWIW, you should google "98 mustang with 351w", and look at applicable links that are returned (you'll get over 200,000).
You'll need a K-member for the motor at the very least. Fortunately, there are a few companies that make an appropriate engine swap k-member.
You may also need a cowl hood to clear the air cleaner.
