Question headers to fit w/ T5

Hey, I'm trying to find a set of headers that will fit with my set up. I have a T5, with the original T5 bell housing, not the mustang II 4 speed bell housing. I had the headers that are made for mustang II's, but the drivers side tubes interfered w/ the clutch fork, so out they came. Anyone have a guess as to whether these would fit?

I'm fine with moving sheetmetal, but I'm worried they might run into the steering column. What do you think? Other suggestions would be welcome as well.

I have 3 suggestions, you may have alredy thought of them.
[1] Use the origonal castiron manifold for a Mustang II V-8.
[2] Use factory origonal hedders from the 85-95 Mustangs (may require massaging)
[3] Get some coustom made hedders.
Hope things work for you!

no those wont work and neither will stock 5.0 headers. you are better off trying to bend yours or cut ond weld sections to get around it unless they are old and thin. maybe you can spread the tubes to go around with a torch and a hand winch and a strap wrapped around the tubes. as not to kink or cave in the tubes. or try if you have tu buy new ones anyway. if you or a friend has a wire welder you can buy the tubes from summit in angles. I did mine 351 with pinto swap headers. added peices welded them ground the cobby welds and welded again until it looked good. after paying 500.00 and waiting 6 months for the headers. good luck
