Talking San Diego Mustang shop(s)

Where in San Diego can I take my car for performance work ? Both, engine and suspension upgrades.

Thanks,

Try HCM in Santee or is it in Lakeside ? What are you looking for to be done.

Sounds like alot but I have worked with these shops and know thier rates are good. JBA was WAY to expensive for what they do, I haven't use HCM so I don't know about them but these are the shops I use regularly:

Performance Tire on Mira Mar: They installed all my suspension and tires and are absolutley fantastic, I can't recomend enough. (Tip: Order your tires from www.discounttiredirect.com free shipping and you will save a bundle, then take the tires to them to mount.)

West Escondido Auto and Transmission: They do alot of my heavy work, they will be installing my TKO500.

Pro Gear: All Diff work, don't settle for less.

Pacific Coast Auto Body: Awesome work at a great price for all body work. Can't say enough about these guys either.

I forgot to add: I had my exhaust done at Wholesale Tube Benders off of Mira Mar, 8 years later I haven't had to touch it. If you install headers you will need a shop as they have to lift the motor. Way more things you can do cheaper for the HP you will get from headers. Just my opinion. (i'm still getting some, just when I do a motor swap to make it easier.)
