Well, with now TWO kids, and a new move with higher taxes, it is time to sell my Stang!
My first priority was performance, the rest is just icing on the cake. Liked the look of the old Shelby, tried to get a modern look that at least mirrored it. Car puts 400 to the rear wheels, approx. 475 HP to the motor, but with a little more work (cams) could be a MONSTER... I just don't have the money to do it, now with two kids!
The main underhood work:
Engine/Drivetrain New 4.6 motor with Manley rods/pistons, cobra crank, PI heads, and some other goodies
rebuilt heavy duty 5 speed trans
Vortech S-Trim Supercharger with new pulley
3.73 Gears
Centerforce Clutch Kit
FMS aluminum driveshaft
Steeda TriAx Shifter
75mm FMS Throttle Body
255 Intank Pump
Mass Air Meter
42lb injectors
Baer Track Claw brake system
Steeda lvl 1 Suspension Kit
Kenny Brown Subframe Connectors
Wheels/Tires 17 x 9.5 Front, 17 x 11 Rear American Racing Wheels, w/ Nitto 555 315s out back... most of the tread is still on them. Car STICKS to the ground.
Bassani X-Pipe
Flowmaster Mufflers
Appearance/ Miscell.
Shelby Stripes and side stripes
35th Anniv. Hood Scoop
Mach 1 Shifter bezel and **** (not installed when pictures were taken)
Mach 1 Front Chin Spoiler

History:
Got in a bit of a fender bender just two months in; hit one of those low parking spot dividers which I didn't see! All repaired though. Put 16k on in the first six months as a DD... then got a new DD and this was purely a fun car. Only 11,000 miles in 15 years, most of which is on the new motor, which I replaced after blowing it (damn redlined missed shift!) Car is currently cared for by Big Daddy Performance in NJ. Garaged for all that time with the exception of a month or two here or there. Never been on a track, and frankly I don't drive it hard. Car has a few dings and scratches (it is not a show car!) but overall its in pretty good shape; never driven in the rain, and garaged almost its entire life.
I am in northern NJ.
Anyway... my loss, your gain!
