need advice on 4.6L

im 16 and i need some help/advice from anyone. i just bought a 1995 thunderbird lx with the 4.6L in it now i want to make it a street/strip car, perferably in the low 12s but i cant find that many aftermarked parts for it, ive been racing for 1 year now and i ask people but they dont know either. i am open to sugestions

welcome to the forums, its gonna take some money to get into 12's, see if you can change the rear, go with 3.73 or 4.11 to start. i knew a kid that had the same exact car but his a 96. he did the basic cold air, bigger maf, had to have a custom exhaust made, but with flowmasters, had a throttle body for it, and changed the rear. it was no 12 second car, but definately a sleeper.
