Hello everyone I've always been a gm guy since startin building stuff in the early 80's just purchased a bone stock 2014 3.7 v6 convertible just wondering if anyone knows...says it's 305hp does anyone know the true How?

As for the HP rating, I'm not up on the newer Mustangs, but the members in the Tech section can surely help you out. Start a new thread in the Tech section specific to your year Mustang and someone will tell you there. Good luck

The v-6 has plenty of power. Enjoy it....

The 1999 Mustang Cobra got recalled for not having the specified horsepower. You can bet yours has it.

I was recently told by Ford: "Thank you for choosing Ford. While we do our performance and fuel economy testing with 93 octane, it is perfectly safe to use 87 octane if you wish to do so"

Yes that is the rated HP. The acceleration can be slow to respond but a tune can fix that and wake up the engine
