Default 2000 3.7 v6 convert to 5.0

I am wanting to convert my 3.7 to 5.0 and I need any help I can get. What all would i need if I were to buy a crate engine? What are some websites to look at for info? If crate isnt the best way to go, what are some other ways to go about this? I will be greatful for any help, Thank You?

3.7 V6 will be not easy to convert to 5.0...
Its passible but you need to change too much things, expensive custom things...
So the better thing will be to buy some 4.6 V8 Mustang engine that fits in your car =]
But... Then i think you will need to change transmission and axle (but im not sure)

Look around on junkyards, maybe you will find something interesting =]

Wait for someone others opinion coz im not sure about transmission and axle change...

It's a waste of time. Just get a GT if you want a V8. Just FYI, the stock 5.0L motors don't make much more power than your current 3.8L does.

Also, you'd have to go 4.6L or newer due to regulations on motor swapping in the US.
Just be ready to spend more than you planned on. Only way I'd do a V8 swap it is if I already had the motor and related parts sitting around... and it was a fully built 5.4L putting down about 800 or more.
