SCCA Racing in NH

I have an 89 Stang and its got some mods however before I start throwing money at it, I'm not sure which way to go. Either 1/4 Mile or run it SCCA. Each require different things as far as performance parts. Can anyone give me info on SCCA racing?

Solo (autocross)?
Wheel to wheel?
Performance driving (aka HPDE/opentracking)?
