auto tranny

does anyone know how much a shop will usually charge to rebuild the transmission? its a 4r70w. my tranny feels like its starting to give. not shifting really firm in second or third

for a rebuild mine was gonna b 1k but i got a used one put in with 20k on it from him for 600bux
