Default MSD window switch help

I just got done installing my NX kit with the Gen X upgrade and an MSD digital window switch. Heater worked great purge worked great, but when I tried to use it nothing happened. So I returned home to check and found that the WOT switch was unplugged, so I fixed that then was back on the road. Got to my selected RPM range (3300-6300) mashed the gas, and nothing out of the norm. I am 99% positive that all of the wiring for the solenoids and stuff is correct, because the purge and heater worked. The window switch is the problem I think. I connected the white to my passenger side coil pack, the wire that it showed in the diagram. Then I attached the yellow wire on the MSD (which is supposed to supply ground to the system) to the white wire on the NX relay (labeled 86). The white wire also goes through the fuel pressure regulator. I plan to call the tech line at MSD Monday, but I was hoping to find some help before that. I just checked on the NX site and i think that i installed the window switch correctly, but i dont know if it is readint the right RPM. Because when i start it the MSD says 2 then when i give it gas it says like 4 then 6 if i give it a little more. These nums are supposed to be *100 that would mean that my car is idling at 200 RPM and when i rev to 4000 it is at like 600 RPM. I hope someone with a 4 v that has coil packs can tell me if i have attached correctly.
