what is the most PSI the stock enternals of a 01 4.6 2 valve can handle??? i have vortech v2 s trim pushin 7-10 lbs and i was wondering what i need to do to bump it up to about 12

You could get away with 12psi with an excellent tune. You might need to run some octane booster or better gas to be safe, but 12 would work. Now 13 is pushing it. What altitude are you at?

i run 93 octane i am in florida west coast right on the beach so right about at sea level

Run 10-11 psi. That would be ideal. Just make sure your air fuel ratio under load isn't higher than 12.0 to 1.
