What's the thought on MAC catbacks?
Ok, originally I was pretty sold on the Flowmaster catback setups, but just wondering if anyone has tried the MAC catback setups. I'm looking into catbacks for my '96 GT, 4.6L and the MAC's seem nice being that they don't use clamps and run 2.5" tubing, but how do they sound? Are they comparable to flowmasters tone wise, and will they through a few hp's my way vs. the stock setup I have now? My main concern, not being familiar with the MAC catbacks, is that it'll sound more or less stock like it does now...

So the MAC setups are pretty mean sounding you say? They stack up to the flowmasters? I mean, not looking to be the loudest GT out there, just sick of sounding stock, haha. I'll have to look into the MAC catbacks a little more seriously I guess. Know of a good place to buy MAC stuff? I noticed a nice catback setup, with stainless tips on Ebay for $275 shipped...is that average you think?

04ShakinSteed, MAC's not worth it ya' think? I'm leaning towards flowmasters because I know what flowmasters do for you, but just curious what everyone had to say about the MAC catbacks...have you had experience with 'em?
