i just moved from NC to CA and i currently have a o/r h-pipe on my 94 GT. in order to get it registered, im going to have to pass emissions. Will the stock h-pipes from the 5.0 fox cars fit the 94-95 5.0's, or am i going to have to find a stock pipe from 94-95? also, does anyone know if a high flow catted midpipe will pass emissions in CA? if anyone knows of a stock h-pipe floating around the southern CA area, please let me know. thanks for any help.

a fox body will not work on a sn-95. i have a buddy with a stock 95 cobra midpipe with cats. where in so cal are you?

a high flow midpipe should pass emissions but i cant say for sure.

i thought anything that wasnt standard equipment that doesnt have a CARB cert wasnt legal in cali anyways?

yes technically if it doesnt have a carb number its not legal in ca but most techs will look under the car, see cats and wont think twice about it. its the sniffer you have to worry about
