Default Adj Panhard rattling?

I have developed a rattle and from what I can tell it is from the BMR adj panhard bar. I have it tight but the rattle seems to be from the bar rotating on its joint and hitting its edges. Suggestions? It is very annoying. I cant find anything else loose and there are only so many parts back there. When you push and pull fast on the top of the RR tire you can hear it and when I hold the panhard while someone else rocks the car it quits.

I'm trying to imagine this. Does this bar have Rod/Heim Joint ends, or is it poly-bushings? Are you talking about the end of the bar, where it mounts to the chassis? to the Axle? or are your talking about the adjuster joint? Does it do this all the time, only during acceleration, only during braking, etc?

Also when talking about "push and pull on the RR tire" what exactly do you mean. Are you applying a lateral load - grab top of tire, push it in towards the fender then out away from the fender. Or are you talking about longitundinal load - grab tire and rotate it towards front of car, then rotate it towards rear of car?

Perhaps you can post a picture.

I assume the lock nuts are tight.

Heim joint ends. Rattle was from end at the axle. Cant tell if it was the adjuster joint or the actual ball part itself. I was applying lateral load to top of tire in and out causing the axle to shift. It did it all the time, from backing out the driveway to every little bump in the road.

Think i found it, the adjuster nut on axle end was loose. Either that or the knuckles (?) were hitting when the rod rotates during motion. I rotated the ends opposite each other to where the rod couldnt turn much along its axis and tighted the nuts as much as i could and the rattle is gone. Lock nuts was a good idea Vapour Trails as I couldnt move it by hand but with a wrench it was loose.

I suggest you also use Blue Loctitie on the jam nuts as they tend to loosen off.
