Scapegoat, the end bushings (at the wheels) are supposed to be torqued to 52ft/lbs, the links (hanging from the chassis) are supposed to be torqued to 85ft/lbs.

Not a problem. The front sway bar is set up the opposite way. The central bushing mounts at the chassis are 52ft/lbs and the end links at the struts are 85ft/lbs.

The front sway bar links are also difficult to get to torque and really do tend to come loose.

Try blue Loctitie as well.

I ended up giving up and went with the Stranoparts front links.

You just have to get the nut on tight enough and then use the torque wrench for the final torque. Since the end link shaft tends to spin when tightened, use two wrenches, a ratcheting box end on the nut and a socket to hold the center shaft in place.

really well. i over torqued the rear link at the wheels, should have been 52 and not 60. other than that, no more clanking. nice and quiet suspension. back end is a little jumpy hitting high manhole covers.

noticed less body roll, however that leads me to taking the force from turning on the leather seat and sliding a little more than usual. I'd love some bucket seats in there...

first autocross of the season at the only lot i run at is on the 18th. i'll more than likely hit that up and see how it feels when being pushed. can't really tell a whole lot running on the street other than it takes bumps a bit stiffer

Have you tried a CG Lock to hold you in the seat?

never heard of them. do they work well? i'm so used to the bolstered seats that my srt-4 had and really miss them for performance driving.

I'd go so far to say they are mandatory with the stock seats if you autocross or attend open track days. Unless of course you like bruised knees and sore shoulders (from trying to stay behind the wheel).

The group I run with allows passengers so i have one for both front seats. Here's where I got mine: http://www.soloracer.com/cglock.html
