...Just to keep all you Chevy fans informed, within the last month I have raced 3 different Zo6's and beat 'em all. I beat 'em in the solo 2's as well. Just thought I'd keep you Chevy fans informed.

Just out of curiosity, were they moded z06s? I'm sure they were excellent races. You've got the slight HP advantage, but they've got the slight weight advantage.. correct me if I'm wrong. Any videos?

fully agreed, but the E car's blower gives the E car fatter powerband, which helps a lot. All in all, both cars have similar specs and performance #'s, stock for stock. My car has some mild mods, as do many Zo6's I have run against. I just recently switched pulleys on the blower, so now i am making 17 lbs of boost. Can't wait to get it to the strip.
what about the s-281sc the new ones, whats the difference in compression ratio? How much hp are you making now with that 17pound pulley, and maftuner and what ever else you got? How much boost can i pull out of my series IV?

Your series 4 can make around 12+ psi, but I wouldn't run any more than that with stock internals. As a matter of fact, 10-11 psi is pushing it in my opinion. With your series 4, it is very do-able, though. As for my car, I had a company prototype a few pullies for the e car. The stock pulley size on an E car is 4'. I am now running a 3,3/8 ' pulley. Right now I am having a custom program done by Scott Beer at diablo, because the stock program was pulling WAY too much timing under load. Once the Diablo program is done, I'll elaborate some more. I'm shooting for 520-550 hp at the wheels. Right now the car is tuned and drivable, but after around 3000 rpms too much timing gets yanked out to make big hp on top. Tell you what though, I now make around 8 psi at the hit of the throttle, and the car is a monster in low rpms. I just am waiting for my top end tune, and I'll be making BIG hp #'s. How fast is NOS/Mans car? I'll keep you posted My baseline dyno was almost exactly 400 rwhp. That MAF tuner allows me to get the a/f ratio right. I'll use in in conjunction with the Diablo progam as well. I also have a digital wideband on the car, which I highly recommend to all stang owners.
