Mainly the body kit and some suspension work. Nothing was done under the hood from what I understand.

The Saleen Cobra's varied depending on whom you ordered it thought.

When we ordered the 03, They would not do the saleen hood, saleen seats, 10' rear wheels, brake upgrade, and im not sure if we asked about center exhaust, but i dont think it would work with the IRs.

They did however have valid reason's for all of this

THe hood they said would not clear the eaton SC (not sure about this never tried one off other cars)

The interior (seats and gauges) they said the cobra interior was great as is.

10' rear wheels they claimed that it was hitting one of the IRS bolts, a simple bolt swap

Brakes, again the cobra brakes were fine in saleen's words.

I believe all options for the SC 281 are the same for the cobra except for the engine and blower. The cobra Saleen already has the potent cobra motor. You could call the center mounted exhaust an exhaust upgrade I suppose.
