Both were around a 40 roll, I honked but waited for him to get the hit, I didn't wanna jump early. As soon as I hit 4th gear I would walk away pretty hard. He let off one time because of an oncoming car, then he seemed to let off the other run when I started pulling good in 4th gear. His car looked good, lowered, I could hear his intake when he would hit the gas, car sounded good for a 6er.

With your traps I wouldn't expect the 3.7 to hold up well. Good kill.


A 6.1L SRT8 near stock would be a good match up for you if that's what you guys are talking about. Back when I trapped 108.59 I was door to door with a bone stock 300 SRT8 from a 75 to 130 run... a few months later I was trapping 109.33 (lid/fra only) and I barely crept ahead against the same car.

Yeah, it's an 07 srt. has a cat back that I know of for sure, and could possibly have intake/can tune when we race. But, I should be on an e85 tune by then

Buddies 06 Charger SRT8 went 12.8 @ 108 on a 1.9 60ft with a CAI and canned tune. Sounds like you will have a pretty good race coming up.

I think he'll have it in the bag easily, from a roll. A dig would be a drivers race. I have a raced lined up with a buddy who has a tune only SRT8 in my MS3, he backed out of a race when he had an SS/TC against my SRT8, and won't race my SRT8 now, so I'll be bringing out the MS3 to curb stomp him.

I thought at first it was going to be a fairly good run, but as soon as we both upshifted, my roll advantage really showed. 4th-6th in the speed3 are where it really shines, would a been nice to find out what mods he had. I know the odds of me running into one that packs as much punch and is driven as well as yours are unlikely, lol.
