Default best bang for the buck rebuild performance parts?

Im building a supercharged 4.6 2v. I know Im gonna get flack for this but my wallet is already hurting from this project. I just want to get the motor buttoned up with the most reliable parts that don't sink me in debt. My power goals are around 500-700hp reliably with the possibility to reach 1000 potentially in the future. I have all ARP hardware with a 03 terminator forged crank and rods and manly stock replacement 4032 pistons. I have stage 3 cams comp cams with adjustable cam gears (which im not sure i want to run again, dunno how reliable these are still.) I also have manley piston rings and celvite H series rod and main bearings. Im in the process of finishing this motor build and I need help deciding if i should run OEM 4 layer MLS cobra headgaskets or felpro. If i should replace the OE valves (which have about 200k miles on them.) And if so, would Melling be applicable or should I dish out the cash for manley. Also are the ratcheting style tensioners reusable if I have less than 10,000 miles on them? I will more than likely replace the chains with OEM. and replace the oil pump with cobra OEM. Any insight or product recommendations would help a ton, thanks.
