Default 03 COBRA SUPERCHARGER BELT SLIPPING???

I HAVE AN 03 COBRA, AND WAS RUNNING FINE....THEN YESTERDAY, IT SEEMS THE CAR IS NOT ACCELERATING LIKE IT SHOULD.....AS I FIRST APPLY THE GAS, I CAN HEAR A LOUD WHINE, THEN ILL PRESS IT MORE, IT WILL GO AWAY, AND I WILL HEAR THE NORMAL WHINE FROM SUPERCHARGER, IS MY BELT SLIPPING???? IF SO, HOW DO I FIX IT? I NEED HELP ASAP......ALSO, HAD NEW CLUTCH PUT IN YESTERDAY ALONG WITH 3.73 GEARS.....NOW IT SEEMS SLOWER WITH THAT LOUD WHINE......IT USED TO ONLY DO IT WHEN I WOULD FIRST START IT UP AND DRIVE FOR A MIN, THEN THE WHINE WENT AWAY.....ITS DEFINATELY 2 DIFF WHINES IM HEARING

the slipping makes a slight squel if the belt is older, if its new, theres not squel at all, just a loss of power. i had this problem until i put an idler on it and it went away entirely.

an idler puts more tension on the belt, so it cant slip.
