Default 01-04 svt lightning stock vs 06 gt stock

just curious on what the results would be between my car and a stock svt lightning. i know most if not all svt lightnings out there it seems like aren't stock, but if i just happened to run across one what would the outcome be. any roll speed. and off the line. i think they are sick trucks, and they look like a lot of fun to drive. anybody have one on here?

thanks

Your car is capable of slightly quicker times then a stock Lightning. They trap right around 100mph stock. From a dig, a well driven Lightning should jump on a well driven 3v, but the 3v should pull up top because of a gearing and aero advantage.

All things being equal you should have a slight edge.

alright cool. i just looked up some times for a stock 04 svt lightning, and the fastest stock 1/4 mile was a 13.370 @102.00. that was the fastest i've seen, and i've heard of stock s197's with perfect drivers running 13.27-13.3 @104 so i can see that it would be a pretty close race.

You can expect your typical stock lighting to be around the 13.8-14.0 range. Like everyone else stated, the S197 most definitely has the edge, and it will pretty much only get worse for the truck from a roll.
