I have recently bought a 07 GT with a 5 speed and its stock, so I have a friend at work with a 05 GTO with a automatic.We constantly are talking junk to each other cause we love our cars but what would happen to me if we ever raced? The LS2 scares the crap out of me honestly, as it sounds mean and seems fast as hell,plus he has me by 100 horses i think?Let me know what you guys think.

he should be able to get you. but his auto prolly hurts him in this case. is anything done to it?

nahhh we are both stock,and i figured i would lose but i hope he wouldnt leave me standing still lol

It's not like he's going to just drive away from you but he is going o beat you by a lenth or two if he can drive.

He's about a half second faster than you in the 1/4, but from a dig it should be an OK run for you. From a roll, it will probably be ugly for ya.

Lol yeah thats what i figured thats why i go the other way home if we leave at the same time, no need to get my *** haanded to me! On another note how are the 05-10 s197's doing against the charger/challenger rt's (not srt's).I know the srt's are bastards!!
