So who wins
05 vett Vs 89 Coupe, weight is right about the same give or take a 100# Vett LS2 364 cid D1sc 10.9 compression and 6 psi but making around 8 on a cool night, it is also intercooled, full tune, cammed full exhaust 342 gears and a 6 speed. The Mustang 306 cid long rod engine 8.5 compression 80 mm t4 frame turbo it is intercooled, ported TFS TW heads Holley intake with a ported lower and cammed. 331 rear gears 28in tall tire and a c4 with a 2500 foot break stall and a home tune. big T/B 75mm. Mustang is locked down on 10psi. this is a roll race. So who wins.

The vett is not that heavy and the coupe has a lot of added weight r-block, roll bar, auto trans and big axles, turbo kit intercooler it was 3050 empty before things were added. then throw the driver in and it should be right around 3400. The coupe is full weight car with heater and all still in it as is the vett. Well the out come was dead even. the vett got out on me and I started to reel him in. So we went with dead even we are gone to do it again from a dig or a very low speed roll. maybe videos next time. we thought our car was on 15 psi. but when we looked it was 10 psi. so thats what the out come was. It was suppose to be 15 psi. but he would have been hurt if we would have been on 15psi. So he wont run us on the 15 he said it is point less. I am pretty happy with the car on the low boost pig rich run if I leaned it out I think we would get him but it would not be by much.
