Default where to buy custom tune for predator

I'm running a modified jlt tune in my 2008 v6 mustang. I have the ford racing cai the bullitt style and a shaker scoop plumbed into it. Right now I'm running the jlt canned tune that comes with the predator with 18% less on the fuel curve as recommended by Mikel from diablosport. Problem is its a 91 octane tune and can only buy 89 or 93 here in NY where I am. Would either like to take advantage of the extra octane I keep paying for or even have an economy tune for a little better mpg or cheaper gas? Have an 80 mile a day commute with car so little changes add up fast. Only other mod is dual exhaust with h pipe and a Granatelli Motorsports coil and wires.

could i just bump up the global timing? like maybe 1?

You can easily add 2* of global spark to the 91 tune to take advantage of 93, or check with any of our cmr dealers for a custom tune.

Thanks

Ok thanks I'll give that a try see if my mileage picks up, So the rule for timing is 1* for each octane point? then data log to look for knock? You would add to go up in octane and take timing out to use cheaper lower octane?

I'm pretty damn new, and considering getting a 2012 mustang based on tuning options. This diablo business, is it similar to the Cobb AP I've been using on my mazdspeed 3?

The gold standard: can I tune my supercharger with one of these units, and monitor KR while I increase boost and timing, lean out AFR's, and spray methanol?

Are you looking at a GT500 or adding a blower to a GT?

Yes, similar to the Cobb tool, in that it comes with preloaded tunes and can accept custom tunes from or tuning dealers.

Thanks

WHAT a difference power is up and Gas Mileage is better, way better than when I first put tune on and a 1mpg increase than before I put the CAI on.
