Bama tune shift points

Bama tune shift points
06 GT, automatic, CAI, axleback exhaust.
I was not satisfied with the shift points on the 89 street and performance tunes. Tehe car shifted through the gears too quickly and was into 4th gear before it even hit 40 mph. I got in touch with Bama and they quickly wrote me a tune that holds the gears a tad longer so that the car stays in the power longer in each gear.
However, I have a few issues that I need some opinions on, and seeing as its the weekend I'll try here first.
Firstly, the shift from 3rd to 4th seems too harsh. The car drops about 1000 RPMs between the two, producing a rather harsh shift and a substantial loss in power as all the torque goes away when this happens.
Secondly, I'm experiencing a weird RPM drop once the car gets into 4th gear. The car shifts, then as the RPMs pass through around 2200 or so, they drop about 200 RPMs and then climb again. The feeling is similar to when the car is going into O/D, but I drive with O/D off until I get above 60, then I flick it on with the button.
I'll most likely put in a call to Bama on Monday, but if anyone has any ideas on what could be causing these issues so that I could make things more clear, I'd appreciate it!
