Thanx for the info. & advice!

Does anyone know a hand held device on to which you can load a tune into a OBD port? The reason I ask, is that it would be nice to have your tune with you, especially with a supercharger if you are on a trip & need it to reflash it do to a failure. I've thought about being stuck in "Less Than A Town, NV" & needing the tune to get back on the road! It would not be fun sitting in a motel waiting for a tune to be sent to you from a manufacturer!

.
Both of my cars have a hand held with it's custom tune loaded in it.
My tuner uses SCT, the 11 has a 3, the 14 has a 4.
Both cars have a 93 octane & a race tune, they are in the car @ all times.

My SCT handheld is where all of my custom tunes are loaded (up to 10 can be kept on it). I keep it in the car stored in the pocket on the back seat right now. Most tuners use the handheld to hold your tune and don't have to email you one in the situation you describe. Besides, even if they email it to you, how do you think you get it from your email into the car computer?

Any of our devices allow for this, as do most custom tuning devices
