In the 3 passes I got at Baytown, no traction 1st & 2nd, I was able to run a 15.07 @ 90.7mph with a 2.08 60ft
That was street tires, intake and programmer. I don't see how people can't make it into the 14's with these few little mods and traction. I probably could have hooked had the track not been torn up by radials and I had my Nittos on, which would have drastically improved my time.
Bone stock, it ran a 10.8 1/8th mi @ 63.7, and with the programmer andintake it ran a 9.6 @ 72.6 mph, so that over a second in the 1/8th.

and to the poster, whats your exhaust set up? what tranny? whos tune? and what are you running for tires and do you have an LSD
if you are a great driver, an auto with a jmod, tuner, and exhaust could very well be high 14s, mid 14s with a stick, more then likely your an average driver and will be between the low 15s and mid 15s

RE: 1/4 mile times
1/4 mile times vary wildly from car to car. some can hit high 14's on a stock 5 spd with a very good driver and practice. MM&FF did it when the splitport first came out. MOST are gonna be high 15's because of driver inexperience but with practice can shave .25-.38 seconds off or a tad more on a 5spd.
autos? lets say mid 16's are not uncommon but 16 flat is about average for splitports
singleports with an auto and 2.73's,you don't have enough seconds on the stopwatch to even measure it

When I ran the 15.0 my car only had an intake and I was just running on premium gas with a regular out of the box, nothing special done tune. I didn't order mine with custom tunes, I just set it for premium. Open diff, no lsd, stock exhaust, stock everything, nothing else addedat all. I have been racing for years and I'm pretty good at hitting the shift points, I could be a little better, and I was still learning the car as well.
