Default Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor????

I have a problem that is really bugging me. My check engine light is on and I am throwing code: P0190 which Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Malfunction. Can anyone tell me where this sensor is on a 2000 V6Auto.and does this code mean I need a new sensor or is it something simpler than that. Also my car gives kind of a spatter between 40-43mph and I'm pretty sure it is because of this sensor. I just cleared an EGR problem replacing the valve and the sensor. Can anyone help me?
