Cliff: I didnt suggest turning a Windsor into a clevland, I suggested a Clevor swap, thats just heads and the intake and some drilling to the block for extra passagesto theheads, though the Aussie aluminum heads dont require that. I have been working with Clevelands for a while now.

02MustangV6DD: That looks great, did you make your own mounts? Got any extra parts laying around for the wifes 71' ?

Old thread bud these guys aren't likely to respond anytime soon.

The only real pointers would be a GT rear, stronger trans, and i would hazard a guess that you could use a 94-95 GT crossmember to mount the motor.

You should be able to use the new edge k-member, if you can find a set of '99 saleen s351 motor mounts.

Sounds like its prolly cheaper and quicker to find the 94-95 crossmember lol, I can't imagine saleen being cheap!

Yay! 2008 was a great year for threads.

Oe03 - This is a pointless swap. Save your money. Those old pushrod motors are boat anchors. If you want to toss money at something, drop a new Coyote motor in it.
