Mine completely severed around the flanges too. I wouldn't bother re-welding because it'll just happen again in a few months time, happened to me that way.

Just get take-off's from a 94-98 or get LT's.

I didn't have a problem with my headers cracking, my cats where burnt out :s

And I think they crack from cooling off too quickly, isn't there an AC line right over it on that side?

i don't use my A/C and mine still constantly crack. i still think it has to do with use of a bad/too thin metal

Cliff its the perfect time to go with the 94-98s, being you are TOO dam low for longtubes.

When my stock manifold went the first time it looked just like that also.

when i welded mine, they broke again a week later.
would ceramic coating them help?
im on the lookout for 94-98 headers...i thought i had found some on craigslist but turned out they were for like a Lincoln continental or something

look in V6P classifieds. And have them ceramic coated. Better for cracking and under hood temps in general. Maybe a better flowing h pipe with high flow cats. I just got my magnaflow high flows and mac h pipe today

the ones on my stang cracked, so i baught long tubes, problem was solved
