Assorted torx set will make easy work of twisted seatbelts.

Depending on how the belt is twisted, here is how I have fixed twisted belts with some success: Whichever way it needs to be untwisted, fold the belt to twist it the way it needs to go, then pull it through the guide and let the intentional twist work to your advantage. Kind of hard to put into words but it has worked for me pretty well.

Mine is the same. I sit with my seat almost all the way back (I'm 6'5'') and it's like HARD for me to reach back and grab it, nevermind pull it. If I start driving before I remember to put it on, it seems more safe to just leave it off than to try to reach back there and pull the twisted POS out. By far the worst seat belt system I've ever seen.
