Default Hinge Pins

My Hinge pins are worn out, what is involved in replacing them.

How the hell did you wear out your hinges already?
Open the hood to wish her a good morning and again to kiss her goodnight?

Though I have never had that problem I would say probably the easiest thing to do would just be to change the whole hinge. I doubt they cost much new.

Otherwise you can check the help section of your local parts stores for the pin.

It's just a matter of knocking out the pins and installing new ones with new brass bushings. It's pretty easy, just do it one at a time and have an extra set of hands.

Neo, doors have hinges too, and my car is 13 years old.

Thanks Ryan.

haha, I literally do that to remove my headlight covers for night driving every day. every once in a while I wonder when the latch or something else will give out from being opened/closed so much.

My hood latch doesn't latch unless I drop the hood from about a foot or more.

sorry if none of this made since, but it shouldnt matter, as this post is random and has nothing to do with anything
