Any guys with Roush Body kit lowered?
I was just curious as I have been looking at my Mustang and I really want to lower it again but I feel like the roush body kit has the car too low as it is.. I remember lowering the mustang last summer with Eibach kit and I bottomed out when hitting dips and almost lost an exhaust tip.. not sure if it was just that i had the exhaust mounted wrong or something but even getting the car on and off a lift was a project.. just wondering if anyone else has the roush kit and if you are lowered.. and if so wht kit you used..

I've heard similar reports from roush owners around here about their exhaust and side skirts getting damaged over speedbumps. I would leave it as is just so you don't end up with a "slammed" look. Even having my car lowered without a kit is still a hassle, when I go to shop I have to remind them its lowered because they've accidentally scraped my front bumper many times trying to get it on, because I got the mach1 chin spoiler too.

I have my stage 1 at the stock height and can't get it up on any lifts unless they are like the ones at dobbs that are pretty much flat, and most curbs pulling into parking lots downtown so I definitely won't be lowering mine. I think my exhaust was hung way too low.

Yup, check out Matts Roush (LilRoush)
C Springs are a good choice, Bullitts have Springs that were very very similar to C springs, you really could call them C springs and many people do but its wrong.
C Springs
650 lb/in front (linear) 1-1.25" drop
200/300 lb/in rear (progressive) 1-1.25" drop.
Bullitt Springs
600 lb/in front (linear) .75" drop
250 lb/in rear (linear) .75" drop
It wouldnt be a bad mix to put Bullitt springs in the rear if you do more racing than street driving, but in your cars the progressive rears might be good.

btw, you would be doing good to upgrade your sway bars too. Its cheap and really changes how the car drives, btw you dont have a rear sway bar so it WILL change things in a good way.
You can either go with a front and rear bullitt sway bar or Mach 1.
Bullitt rears are 28mm tubular sway bar, you could also match that with an 03/04 Cobra front 29mm tubular sway bar.
Be sure to be thoughtfull of your sway bar in keeping the stiffer bar in the front, solid bars are stiffer even if they are slightly smaller.
