What part of Miami? You can PM me if you don't want to post it on the open forum. I know a few places down here depending on where you are.

Talk to the guys at MAK Performance. 305.822.9272. They're in Hialeah. They are a good shop, and won't screw you over.

Default rwa miami

For transmission, call WIWI Transmissions. Honest. Family Owned. They rebuild their own transmissions.

whats your point....that your the only one who will ever have a trans problem? I just joined the forum. sorry I didnt have a crystal ball to know you had an issue. And ANYONE who has fixed a trani in Miami and knows ANYTHING about cars, should know about WIWI Transmission.....By the way, if my post wasnt relevant, why did you review it...or respond to it

Usually, it's standard forum etiquette to NOT post in very old threads since the original post is no longer valid (like this one). I read it b/c the post was bumped to the top and I was notified a thread I posted in was replied to.

And for whatever it's worth, I don't have a transmission problem. I have fixed a transmission in Miami and tend to know a thing or two about cars. I've never heard of WIWI Transmission. A quick Google search seems to show a lot of upset people who have been ripped off by them??? Just a thought.

"standard forum etiquette"? You must have alot of time on your hand. Google mustand transmission miami, and you hit the post I responded to. If you have an issue with this site's time line, take it up with American Muscle. "Standard forum Etiquette" sounds like something out of a girls novel. As to WiWi transmission, I have done biz with them for years. With several locations in Miami, this LOCALLY owned company has done thousands of trani's and am sure a few ignorant people have posted a negative response...or more likely a jealous competitor. My last interaction with them was incredible. I took my Jeep Cherokee, thinking I had a serious transmission problem expecting to drop serious money, as Jeeps are infamous for trani problems. My cost? $0

The owner took one look at it; reset the computer with a scanner and sent me on my way. I did leave it for an overdue trani service which cost me about $80. 10K miles later, I still have no problem.
