Default Fuel Pump Specifics

Again I've searched all over for this information, just cant find what I am needing.
2002 v6 232
Can anyone help with this?
Outlet size is it 3/8 or 5/16?
LPH?
manual or electric?
If none of these has anyone changed theirs out? I don't want to go over board with this as in spending 150+. Thanks for the help in advance

My 98 has an electric pump... I can hear the whine through the speakers... Something Ford never did very well, properly wiring things to reduce feedback from electronics...
