Low Voltage To the Throttle Positioning Sensor.
We've replaced the TPS Sensor. We've Replaced plug to the TPS Sensor. We've put in new O2 Sensor; we have cleaned computer plugs in harness, they had corrosion on the pins. All still leads to same problem and we still have the code reading P0122.
Any Information regarding this would be a great help!

Yep - after all of that we've erased the codes. We Have indeed checked the voltage and it never reaches 5V; so this leads us to believe that this is a wiring issue. Prework includes changing the fuel pump that has 3 wires plug ins that we got from AutoZone; and the older one had 4. could this be a source to power the TPS?

The car wasn't running when I made the deal; a deal I couldn't pass up. I traded a 91 Ford Explorer running for a non running 2000 Mustang; mustang had alot less miles on it and much better condition overall; I found out later that the women sold the explorer to Pick & Pull for $300 - which i paid $200 for the Fuel Pump. According to AutoZone's Tech's that fuel pump we have in it now w made for the car.. I'm wondering if the one that was in the car in the first place the wrong one? Me and my father are convinced that this is a wiring issue to the PCM so the signal wire. One Step at a time I'm sure we'll figure out the problem.
