My mom and dad owned a 99 Mustang V6 that was forest green with the 35th anniversary package. So it wasn't limited to GTs. They also recieved a free 35th anniversary book detailing the history of the mustang, 6 CDs with popular music since the release of the mustang, 35th anniversary sticket (to do with as you please), Mustang logo CD case, and 35th anniversary floor mats.

my 99 V6 has the 35th badge on the fenders and I'm sure the lady I got it from ( original owner) didn't put it on there sorry about raising a dead thred.

All 99s had 35th Ann badges on the only 4,628 of the GTs (like my 99) had the special edition package,
