edit: i actually decided not to go with the UDP's because americanmuscle.com bbk pulleys seem to have issues finding a belt that fits and i don't want to mess with it too much so decided to keep my stock pulleys, if thats okay with you guys.

exhaust - planning a catback dual pypes system in the near future
headers - i hear its best to keep our stock headers?
throttlebody - should i port and polish the stock throttlebody? or buy the bbk 56mm throttlebody? does it come ported and polished? I notice americanmuscle.com doesn't carry it anymore, whys that?
porting and polishing - what all can i port and polish, is this list everything?
-upper and lower intake manifolds
-engine heads ?
I know a lot of people recommend the split port swap, but I don't feel comfortable doing that anytime soon....what else do y'all recommend?
