So the ignition is in the 'ON' position and when you do put it there, you hear the fuel pump kick on (So you have fuel) and you get a reading from a spark plug wire when you pull a wire off while jumping the relay (So you have fire).

There's no reason it should not start running. The whole time you have the ignition in the 'On' position?

Hrm....yeah, I'm stumped. It' a long shot but are the wires from the coil to the engine in the correct firing order? http://i.fixya.net/uploads/images/clifford224_217.jpg

i pulled the spark plug wire and put my amp reader on it and when i turned the engine over i got a reading which made me assume that i should have spark with new plugs.
Not sure where you hooked your meter, hope it wasn't to a plug wire.
So is the engine turning over now when you try to start it? If so, have you tried a little starting fluid?

yes the ignition was in the on position. when i sprayed some starter fluid in the intake the engine would fire but would stop soon after because it eat up all the starter fluid. i haven't taken the injectors off yet that is the next thing i think i should do? i have pressure at the injector rail but can't confirm wether i have the injectors working or not i am guessing they are not because i am not getting fuel.

Have you checked the neutral safety switch? It may be as simple as it was disconnected thinging it was part of the alarm.

I doubt that more than three injectors would be clogged. Your car would start and stumble really bad but it would at least try to run.

You'll need to start tracing circuits out like Pnyxpress suggested. Nuetral safety swtich, etc.

I would still start with the alarm. Check all the wires where the alarm was connected to, to make sure they aren't broken.

ok everyone thank you guys for your help i got the car running great now. didn't have to replace the neutral switch. it was a loos connection related to that. but its running so i am very happy i have some more work to do on it like replacing two calipers and the wind shield and it should be back on the road which is very exiting... thanks everyone!
