Default Brake issue really need help

I took my car to the dealership recently and needed to have all four rotors and pads replaced for 850$. After replacing all of them i noticed a loud squeaking coming from the brakes. I took the car back to the dealership and they told me that the sound is coming from my tires and they needed to be replaced. I dont have alot of knowledge of brake systems but i thought they were just bull****ing me. Ive spoke to several other mechanics and they all have told me they are probably just poor quality. If any one has any info and could help please let me know.

This is not my car in the video. I have a 2014 v6 but the sound and situation is exactly the same.

take it to another shop, have them get to the bottom of it and document what they found, have them fix it, and then take the bill to the dealer and make them pay for the fix, or tell them you are getting a lawyer.

Brakes. Somebody didn't install all the OEM parts, including anti-squeal gel (yes, there really is such a thing).

as a dealer tech at ford, i can assure you that OE brakes do not have "anti squeal gel" installed on them from the factory or as practice during maintenance. any noise reduction gel is an aftermarket cover up for a shoddy repair. slide pins need to be lubed, and any contact points need to be free from rust and have new stainless abutment clips installed. this alone will assure noise free operation

were those rotors roughed prior to installation (do they look really rally shiny?)

that sounds glazed.

I'm siding with jwog on this.

take it elsewhere, hand them the bill.
