Those look great on your car!
I use to have them on my Tbird, yellow letter ones, and the white.

Thanks. Was it the 90's T-Bird? I remember seeing a t-bird w/yellow writting in a thread about RWL about a year or so ago. I had it on my HD as a refference and 'cause it looked good. lol. Take care

A nice little trick for when the raised-white letters get dirty over time. Use a heavy nylon bristle brush and some Comet to scrub the dirt from letters.

This works quite well and used to do this on my Vega (yeah baby.... )

Ye ol' Dunlop Qualifiers.... 215/60/13"s. I loved them tires and this was the last set I owned as they were discontinued

Jazzer

PS. Car looks good!

Yup, lol, thanks. I had the yellow ones, then they stopped making them, only to have them in white.

OMG a Vega! lol. My mom had a green wagon, with white pleather interior, lol.
Comet, never thought of it. I always used Westleys bleech white. Still do on the blackwalls to get them clean as well.

Thanks! I was wondering about that. I'm doing some research to see what some of the best ways are to maintain RWL tires. After I washed her yesyerday, I noticed I took an extra 5-10 minutes just on the tires, lol. I dont mind, thats just part of the fun. I'll have to stop by Kragen's and pick up some of those nylon brushes.

That Vega looks killer! I'll have my oldie one day. Cant decide between a 71 Mustang or 49 Merc. Maybe both (yeah right).

Stoenr, the 2nd pic is the one I have. The white's look bitchin as well. I've always wanted a T-Bird since I was kid, especially one with a SC. Do you still have her? the t-bird

Thanks.
No shes gone. Once I got the VIN for the Mustang, it was in scheduled for production, I stuck a for sale sign in the Tbird and it was sold that day! Had to bum rides for a few weeks, lol.

The brush works great. And even the occasional SOS pad does wonders as well.

Did she happen to sell it to my brother who owned that car before me? He bought and parted out a wagon and another coupe as it needed some fenders and hood. I wish I still had a picture of it prior to painting it that candy-apple red you see there.

On my high school parking permit where to describe the "color of car" I put red, blue, green, black and silver
