Default 1994 Mustang GT Wheel and tire questions

I have a 1994 Mustang GT with lowering springs, the 17" wheel option, and smaller tires, I dont exactly recall the size, but it shouldnt matter for the sake of my question.

Im looking for some good tires, low price range, mainly for the back. Im 17, and I put the stang through her paces pretty much every day (gotta beat that Camaro off the stoplight, ya'know!). So I'm looking for tires with good traction, treadwear, the whole nine yards, and Ive been eyeing these:

(The first set of 235-45-17 on the list)

Cant seem to find a speed rating on them, I need to know that.

Also, will these tires fit under my slightly lowered springs?

Additionally, down the road, Id like to throw on some wheel spacers. Give it that aggresive stance. Can anyone suggest a good, easy-on-the-wallet kit that will give me most of the needed pieces to do that? The less rubbing on wheel wells and drilling to fit new studs, the better.

Well thanks for reading guys, please help me out with this if possible.
