Reducing wheel size from 19" to 18"

Reducing wheel size from 19" to 18"
I've got a '14 GT w/the Track Pack set up; this means 19" wheels are OEM.
I would love to consider putting Bullitt wheels on the car, however this means my options are either 18" or 20" wheels on the car because I cannot find 19" Bullitt replicas anywhere.
I have ZERO desire to increase wheel size but would consider reducing to 18" if this would work. But I'm also guessing there must be some inherent issues w/reducing wheel size, especially on a car & suspension set-up that was designed to work w/19" wheels.
So for the wheel/tire experts out there, what say you? What am I looking at here?

Yes, cost of replacement tires is one of the considerations but appearance more so for me. I came from an '08 Bullitt & really miss that car. I like the TP wheels well enough but just loved my old Bullitt wheels.
