1966 Ford Mustang

Believe it or not, you don’t always have to drive a tire-shredding Ford Mustang to have a good time.

Sure, a lot of us own (or dream of owning) a muscular, ridiculously powerful Mustang. But we often forget that while Ford’s pony is (in most cases) a legendary muscle car, it also makes a great, mild-mannered cruiser. Heck, Ford even marketed it as such back in the early days. And nothing screams “screw winter” like this Springtime Yellow 1966 Ford Mustang we spotted over at The Collector Car Network.

Aside from that pastel hue, the fact that this pony is a convertible makes it the perfect car to break out after a long, cold winter. Well, unless you have seasonal allergies. Otherwise, the first warm day of the year makes us want to drop the top and soak up some Vitamin D. And while you won’t exactly win any stop light races in a Mustang like this, you’ll enjoy every minute of driving it.
