Mustang Cohorts in Epic L.A. Chase Face Multiple Charges

I’m betting that right about now reality is starting to settle in for the two Mustang drivers who led police on one of Los Angeles’ most epic police chases ever.

Then again, maybe not for both men involved in the incident, which we first covered here. The driver, 20-year-old Herschel Reynolds, is currently out of jail after posting $50,000 bail. So Reynolds probably won’t actually feel the repercussions of his actions until at least May 10, when he’s due in court, as indicated in a Los Angeles Times report.

But the 19-year-old passenger, Isaiah Young, is still being held on $80,000 bond, which is probably giving him some serious clarity.

Both L.A. natives face two counts of hit-and-run driving resulting in property damage and one count each of first-degree residential burglary and fleeing a pursuing peace officer’s vehicle while driving recklessly.

I doubt that garners many high-fives among the two.

Of course, you never know how this thing might play out, considering just how bizarre stories like this can get, especially in Hollywood.
