Rumor: Mustang Preorders to Start in May

Thinking about a red 2015 Ford Mustang 5.0? Or how about an all-black new V6 model with optional wheels? No? Then maybe a yellow S550 with the turbocharged EcoBoost engine.

Either way, you got four months to figure out those details on your new 2015 pony car if you want to get a jump on things.

Ford will begin preorders for the new model May 13, according to a Mustang production/order schedule obtained by Mustang 6g.

Production will start in early August with deliveries to start later in the year.
