Whatever You Do, Never Start a Drag Race Like This

Epic.

That pretty much sums up this attempt at a street race. Unfortunately, the term carries a more negative connotation in this case. Meaning it’s more of an epic failure.

In fact, Car Buzz, which first posted the video of this Mustang mistakenly launching in reverse, probably put it best in their headline for the story: “Mustangs crashing at Cars & Coffee is bad but this might be worse.”

Well, aside from the fact that A) No one got hurt. And B) The Mustang driver is pretty much shielded from the embarrassment of it all due to the fact that the wild mishap happened at night. And it doesn’t even appear that there were many people on hand for the attempted drag race. So, the driver probably dodged a few social media jabs as well.

Although, I’m betting that Camaro driver rubbed it in as soon as there was a chance.
