Default Door adjustment

Hi all. We recently picked up a 2017 convertible and the driver door seems to be a little off. Closing the driver door it hits the striker plate maybe 1/16-1/8" too low, lifts the door very slightly and then closes fine. Seems like it may need a slight adjustment.

Anybody ever run across this and/or a procedure how to adjust? Would like to avoid dropping it off at dealer all day if just a simple adjustment at home.

thanks!

My drivers door is a couple mm too far forward. When you open it, it rubs just the point of the door shape by the fender, the paint is gone at that point. It seems nit picky, but I should really take it in for the dealer to look at, right? Its maybe the size of a touch-up paint brush droplet, They need to adjust it.
